I’m very proud to be the mom of my two kids. Annabella is 9 and Dylan is 6. They still love to spend time with me, and that plays such a large part in how I create my own version of work-life balance. They are extraordinary kiddos who teach me a lot about life and who I want to be.
I participated in my first course about leadership and communication at the age of 10 thanks to my parents. And I coached my first leadership development program 20 years ago.
